21st Century Skills and Management Philosophy of Education Managers According to Views of Teachers

The main purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between teacher perceptions education managers 21st-century skills and management philosophies. A simple random sampling technique used in research. This a quantitative study relational scanning model from general models. sample consists 104 teachers who are working at private state school levels Denizli, Turkey 2021. Within scope research, “Educational Administrators’ 21st Century Skills Scale” developed by Çoban et al. (2019) “Management Philosophy Ayral Tanrıöğen (2020) were collect data. collected data statistically analyzed using Jamovi 1.6.15 program. To whether not showing normal distribution, kurtosis skewness values observed. Parametric tests because showed distribution. Pearson Multivariate Correlation Coefficient was According result, administrators have positive high-level philosophies with their perception teachers. It can be said that philosophy may increase when organization. Linear Regression Analysis test measure When result regression analysis examined, it seen significant predictor managers.
